Friday Morning means freedom, weekend, for some last day of the work week, for the kids last day of school. For others its pay day day. For some its an ordinary day. Make everyday feel like its your last day on this earth. Make Friday a different Friday from last Friday. I know for single moms it means, laundry time, cleaning time, resting time, extra curciculum activities. Make this Friday a special Friday, moms or dads or even if you dont have kids, take time out this day take to do something different even if its simple. Take a walk, maybe some yoga, maybe just some quiet time with a good book. Go to the library and sit for a while and enjoy total silence. Friday Movements go for a walk in thr mall I know you might not have any money when you go to the mall you think shopping. Thats ok to think shopping you can window shop if you dont have money.
Friday Movement is all about leaving all the load you had all week, with work, school, the kids and husband or wife. Fridays make me feel good thats my personal day off. Its the one day out of the whole week i have for myself. Sometimes I sleep all day. Sometimes I do the laundry or sit outside when its warm lol I live in Texas the weather is crazy. Sometimes I sit at the park and stare. Always use your time wisely. Fridays for me are all about me.

So today I took one of my daughters to the emergency room with pink eye we were there for about 5 hours I hate the Emergency Room especially at the kids hospital it’s depressing. While am sitting there thinking am concentrating on what to blog about but I was actively thinking but couldn’t not get my words together. Suddenly I start reading a book from Joel Osteen called the Fresh Start I Immediately found peace. It’s incredible to know once we find that one moment to open up our minds and hearts and ignore all the negative things we can learn so much even if it’s in a small amount of time.
Have you ever wondered how so much people live the way they do? Have you ever asked yourself why if eating healthy and exercising daily I don’t seem to lose weight? Or why do I always have bad things happen to me? Here’s your reason why. It’s all in the mind. Our bodies, and emotions work based on our mind. When we wake up we have to practice positivity. The more positive things you say to yourself the more positive changes you will have in your life. The change comes from within. If you practice to be positive for everything you will always be happy and never have to ask why me. God is in control of our lives but don’t believe we are to just sit and wait for the good things to happen. Make the good things happen.
Your equipped. Empowered. Fully loaded. Lacking nothing. Don’t you dare settle for seconds. Don’t get stuck in rut thinking you reached your limits because thats not true. Not because your mother walked around depressed, didn’t finish school, work in McDonald’s all her life means you have to do the same. Yes some things are in our genes but you have the power of change the power to make your life different. Don’t live your life trying to make others happy or please others because you will never make others completely happy. Make yourself a priority your happiness reflects on your actions, on you work and on your kids. Your equipped with all your tools to be successful all you have to do is soul searching, be persuasive of your own dreams. Don’t let no one stop you from living that life you dreamt about. Always fight for your goals. Live a life to remember.

✅ Make a tasks list and try to complete as much of it as possible
✅ Tell yourself all the positive things to make sure you know that’s negativity has no space in your heart

When was the last time you told yourself how beautiful you are? When was the last time you gave yourself a compliment? When last you acknowledged something you did? If you can’t seem to find these answers, that means your not taking care of yourself. Taking care of one Self is not paying the bills, taking care of the kids, cooking, cleaning running errands. Loving yourself is very important, it’s a most to love yourself.
I discovered loving myself is a given. You may ask Why? Is this why? I feel if I love myself and tell myself how special, beautiful, amazing and show yourself love. Then how can you expect someone else to love you. Love for one Self comes from within. Love is for everyone but it starts with you first. Make it into a daily routine to take at least 5 minutes out of your busy schedules to talk to yourself. Tell yourself how beautiful you are, how happy you are to be were you are, make plans for yourself, I mean action plans not just say it but do it. Do what say your going to do. Use affirmative words take out the negative and welcome the positive. Once you think positive and believe positive the negative will never bother you. Verbal compliments, or words of appreciation, are powerful communicators of love.
The object of love is not getting something you want but doing something for the well-being of the one you love, if you speak love to yourself you will be able to speak love to others and you will be able to motivate others too.
Loving oneself shows to others that no matter what they say to you or try to do to you your self love is too big to be hurting for unimportant things.
Our bodies are capable of anything we challenge them to do. It is our minds we have to convince. Don’t stop when it hurts; stop when you are done. What the mind decides, the body will follow.
Faith in the midst of difficulty saves us from the soulnumbing cycle of self-pity. When you take your eyes off your troubles, focus on God, and trust His perfect timing, everything falls into the proper perspective.
